When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, but not on Saturday or Sunday. Orders normally ship within two business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship exclusively by UPS, either by Ground, Next Day Air or Second Day Air. All orders ship from our Southern

Why can’t I call you on the phone?
At Tuff-Cases.Com, we have tried very hard to eliminate as much overhead as possible in order to give you the lowest
possible prices. Full-time telephone support is very expensive to provide and it is an expense that the customer
ultimately pays for. We strive to give prompt and personal e-mail support to all inquires in lieu of telephone support.
What if I want to return my case?
Our return policy is simple and fair. It is stated on our website at http://www.tuff-cases.com/services.html. Here it is.
All of our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective
product, please contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and shipping instructions. You must have a
Return Authorization number in order to return merchandise for any reason. To receive a Return Authorization Number,
you should contact us by e-mail. If returning a case because of manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace your case.
You may return a case for a refund for any reason within 10 days, subject to the following conditions. However, sales of
closeout items are final and cannot be returned. If the case is returned for any reason other than a manufacturing
defect, we must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is
responsible for return shipping cost. The case MUST be returned in original condition, with ALL original materials and
packaging to receive credit.
Can I get a discount if I buy several cases?
If you are purchasing 10 or more cases of the same model, we will offer a discount. Many companies may want 100, 200

Can you add my company’s logo to my briefcase?
Logos can be silk screened (one or two colors) or laser engraved on certain cases. There is an up charge for this service
and there is also a 25 case minimum. Please enquire at http://www.tuff-cases.com/Corporate.html. This page also has
some photos of cases with logos.
Are you going to send me spam or junk e-mail?
We do not market our products using junk e-mail. We do not and will not sell or otherwise provide your contact
information to any other person or company.
